Symbol Mark Description

A face and symbol that comprehensively represents the ‘Love of Namwon’ while encapsulating the love for Namwon’s nature and traditional culture. It visually represents the love of Jirisan’s environment, the traditional love centered around the tales of Chunhyang and Heungbu, as well as the cultural heritage and daily culture of Namwon. It combines the traditional love symbolized by the Taiji from Eastern philosophy and the Western symbol of love, the heart. The dynamic curves of the Taiji represent a will to move forward into the future with energy.
